BAREMUL® SQO-31 is a novel mixed-polyether emulsifier engineered for high-efficiency water-in-oil (W/O) systems. It
enables stable formulations with 70–85% aqueous phase, emulsifying diverse oils (plant/animal, mineral, synthetic,
silicones) at low usage rates.

Usage and dosage:
Dosage: 4–5% (incorporated into the oil phase).
Procedure:
Emulsification:
Step 1: Add to oil phase under high-speed agitation (800–1500 rpm).
Step 2: Slowly incorporate aqueous phase.
Additive Integration:
Cold Process: Preservatives → aqueous phase; Fragrance → oil phase.
Hot Process: Add fragrance/preservatives at ~50°C post-cooling.
Homogenization:
Maintain consistent speed/time for batch-to-batch consistency.
