1.Introduction
BGD 528 multifunctional scrub tester is a powerful friction tester.
It can meet all linear reciprocating friction test standards by
changing different friction heads: including wet scrubbing
resistance, sponge scrubbing resistance, stain resistance, solvent
(alcohol, MEK) wiping resistance, scouring pad scrubbing
resistance, rubber dry wiping resistance, etc.
At the same time, the instrument adopts full touch screen
operation. The operator can directly set the required test
parameters and check the operating status of each parameter at any
time. It is very convenient and easy to operate.

3.Features

separate container for scrub medium . Operator can use two
different type mediums to do two different tests, also can do wet
abrasion and dry abrasion test at the same time.

comparative wet/dry abrasion evaluations in parallel operations.
◆ Variable cycle rates (5-95 cpm) and adjustable stroke lengths

through fully customizable motion parameters.
◆ Linear actuator-driven reciprocation mechanism delivers uniform
stroke consistency (±2% velocity deviation), eliminating inertial
fluctuations for enhanced operational repeatability.
◆ Programmable peristaltic pump integrates digital flow regulation
(0.1ml/min resolution) with closed-loop viscosity compensation,
achieving ±1.5% volumetric accuracy across media types.
◆ Quick-release fixture system permits tool-free panel
mounting/abrasion head replacement within 15-second cycle times,
featuring self-aligning dovetail interfaces.
◆ Monolithic aerospace-grade aluminum alloy construction (T6-6061)
incorporates hard-anodized wear surfaces (HV≥400) and
stress-relieved frame geometry, ensuring <0.01mm/m thermal
deformation under continuous operation.
