Challenges and precautions for modified vehicle suspension
Adaptability is the primary problem:
Size and space: The size (diameter, height, stroke) of the industrial airbag needs to adapt to the suspension space of the passenger car (such as the spring tower top space, shock absorber stroke, swing arm movement trajectory). You need to accurately measure the space of the original vehicle installation position and the suspension movement range.
Installation interface: The hole spacing, bolt size, and shape of its upper and lower mounting plates (if any) are suitable for the installation of the modified vehicle suspension
Performance matching issues:
Carrying capacity: You need to calculate the sprung mass (the weight of the vehicle body that the spring needs to support) of your vehicle at a single angle (at a single wheel) and ensure that the 2B2200 can provide matching load-bearing capacity under the appropriate working air pressure.
Travel and stiffness: Passenger car suspensions have specific compression and rebound travel requirements. Does the 2B2200 have enough effective travel?
