    1.TWN grippers utilize high-precision engineering, permanent lubrication, and a straight-groove multi-tooth guide.

    • Compact size suitable for short stroke, high load tasks
    • Load distribution over multiple surfaces reduces contact stress
    • Lubricant spreads faster and more evenly
    • Maintains consistent motion rigidity and accuracy over time
    • Built-in oil reservoir in the guide system prolongs lifespan

    2. Various sensor and pneumatic interfaces are supported.

    Gripping Force Maintenance – AS/IS

    • Gripping force maintenance is optional, allowing expansion to TWN-P-AS/IS (AS for closing, IS for opening maintenance).

    • A spring-based accumulator ensures clamping force even when pressure drops.

    Dust-Tight Version

    TWN grippers can be supplied in a dust-tight version (TWN-SD), offering IP64-level protection.

    High-Temperature Version

    High-temperature models (TWN-P-HT) increase the temperature range from 5/90℃ to 5/130℃.
