Product Introduction:
The automatic mid frequency nut screw bolt spot welding machine is
an advanced welding equipment that uses mid frequency inverter
technology, designed specifically for efficient and high-precision
spot welding processes. It achieves fast and high-quality welding
of metal workpieces (such as steel plates, nuts, bolts, etc.) by
digitally controlling the intermediate frequency current (usually
1kHz-4kHz), and is widely used in industries such as automotive
manufacturing, hardware processing, and electronic appliances.

circuit adopts a pressurized cylinder seat and upper arm insulation
method, which facilitates direct installation and welding work on
the lower seat without worrying about short circuits. It is simple

3. Welding power supply, energy-saving and efficient. The main
welding circuit adopts a fully water-cooled resistance welding
transformer and rectifier, with strong output power.
4. The operation is controlled by a foot switch, which has high
production efficiency, low labor intensity, and conforms to the
operating habits of operators.
5. The equipment is equipped with air pressure and water pressure
switches and alarms, which can effectively prevent water shortage
or gas welding, thereby protecting the safety of equipment use.

Customized Fixtures and Moving Components: The section mainly consists of fixtures and moving components.
Manually replacing fixtures can achieve welding of two different
workpieces. During welding, the workpiece can move back, forth,
left, and right on the moving component. Each type of workpiece is
completed in four stages, with the first three stages being
projection welding and the fourth stage being spot welding.
Cylinder: Adopting aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring,
and light friction ring combination with hydraulic cylinder, the
surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life, achieving
extremely high dot speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and
fast.
Gas Storage Tanks: The projection and spot welding machine is equipped with a
dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing
welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent
rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the
water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the
waterway can be observed and eliminated.

The shippment is 15 days after getting deopsit, but customized
machines should be more than 25 days.
