the control device. The CPU uses the principle of permutation and
combination to automatically optimize the calculation and precisely
select the combination of weighing hoppers closest to the target
weight. When it receives the feeding request signal from the
packaging machine, the selected weighing hopper will discharge the
materials, sending the snack food to the packaging station. Its intelligent combined weighing
technology can achieve extremely high weighing accuracy,
effectively avoiding product quality problems caused by weight
errors and strictly controlling the core of product quality.
The pre-made bag packaging machine starts with bag picking. The
mechanical device precisely picks up one bag from the stacked bags
and sends it to the designated position. Then, mechanical or
pneumatic devices are used to open the bag. It seamlessly connects
with the multi-head weigher, quickly filling the quantitatively

technologies such as heat sealing are applied to ensure that the
