APPLICATION:
Our PE Plastic Water Drainage Pipe Extrusion Machine is a
high-performance production line designed for manufacturing
polyethylene (PE) drainage pipes used in agricultural,
construction, municipal, and industrial applications. The machine
ensures high efficiency, stability, and durability, producing pipes
with smooth surfaces, excellent corrosion resistance, and strong

Production Process of PE Water Drainage Pipes:
Raw Material Feeding
PE pellets are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
Optional drying system ensures moisture-free material for better
extrusion quality.
Melting & Extrusion
The single/twin-screw extruder heats and melts the PE material
(temp: 160°C–220°C).
The molten plastic is pushed through a die head to form a
continuous pipe shape.
Vacuum Sizing & Cooling
The pipe enters a vacuum sizing tank to stabilize its diameter.
Water cooling tanks solidify the pipe for structural integrity.
Pulling & Cutting
A haul-off machine pulls the pipe at a controlled speed.
An automatic cutter cuts the pipe into desired lengths (or coiling
for smaller diameters).
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are stacked or coiled for storage.
Quality inspection ensures dimensional accuracy and strength before
packaging.
