The 16-630 mm PE Conduit Pipe Hose Twin/Single Screw Extruder
Making Machine is a high-performance production line designed for
manufacturing polyethylene (PE) conduit pipes and hoses with
diameters ranging from 16 mm to 630 mm. This machine is widely used

Description of the production process
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material
dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould →
vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) →
haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
Single screw extruder with auto feeding machine.
Extruder size according to different requirements of pipe diameter.
Pipe forming machine with forming mould
The forming machine can make vacuum type and normal type.
Vacuum type is suitable for making the corrugated pipe which with
joint. Like washing machine pipe, shisha hookah hose etc.
Haul Off (Puller) Machine
A pipe haul off machine pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through
the vacuum and cooling tank.
Cutter Machine
The pipe cutter machine cuts PE pipe to the desired length
programed into the HMI.
Accumulator Machine
An pipe accumulator machine serves the purpose of maintaining a
buffer between the change over of coils.
Coiler Machine
The pipe coiler machine allows you to coil pipe for sale and
distribution (See also automatic coiler machine).
