※Product Description
This is a fully automatic peanut butter production line, which is
widely used in the food processing industry such as peanut butter,
sesame butter, almond butter, dairy products, etc., and is designed
to meet the needs of multi-formula processing.
The equipment is mainly composed of elevator, roaster, blanching
machine, color sorter, hopper, elevator, vibrator, colloid mill,
high-speed cutter, mixing tank, degassing tank, cooler, filler,
capper and labeler. It has bipolar grinding capacity and peanut
butter cooling function, which is ideal for producing peanut butter
of various textures and flavors.
The whole system is controlled by PLC intelligent program, with
high automation and easy operation.

Grading and selection of peanut raw materials - peanut roasting -
cooling - removing red skin - removing embryos - mixing - crushing
and grinding - packaging.
The processing equipment involved includes peanut roasting machine,
peanut peeling and embryo separation machine, mixer, peanut butter
grinder and peanut butter packaging machine.
