※Description:
The fully automatic peanut butter production line mainly consists
of elevator, roaster, blanching machine, color sorter, hopper,
elevator, vibrator, colloid mill, high-speed milling
machine,cutter, mixing tank, degassing tank, cooler, filler, capper
and labeler, with a capacity of

The peanut butter production line is equipped with a dual-stage
grinding function, a recipe addition function and a peanut butter
cooling function, making it an ideal choice for producing peanut
butters of various textures and flavors.
The continuous belt oven roasts the peanuts at a temperature of
150-160 degrees. The peanut peeler removes the red skin, then
divides all the peanuts in half, and then separates the detached
germ, thereby reducing the antitoxin content of the peanut butter.
The unpeeled peanuts are separated by a sorter to ensure the color
and quality of the peanut butter. The elevator efficiently
transports the peeled peanuts, and the ultra-fine colloid mill and
the high-speed cutter work together to achieve a delicate and
smooth taste through dual-stage grinding.
The feeding platform design is seamless, avoiding any
inconsistencies during the mixing process. In the final stage, the
cooling and mixing tank quickly cools the peanut butter while
continuously stirring it to maintain its ideal taste and stability.
The entire system is controlled by a PLC program, with a high
degree of automation, labor saving and easy operation.

The peanut butter production line consists of a rotary gear
machine, a static gear machine, an impeller, a drive motor, etc. It
integrates multiple mechanical properties such as a homogenizer, a
grinder, and a mixer, with a compact structure and fine grinding.
