The whole set of equipment is divided into five parts: feeding
system, peeling system, red skin collection system, unloading
system and PLC control system.
The peanut blanching room adopts a special structure of the cavity.
The main blanching machine automatically completes the blanching
process by blowing and releasing according to the program
instructions. The surface of the peeled peanuts is not damaged, the
peeling rate is as high as 98%, and the overall blanching rate of
peanuts is also as high as 85%.
※Operation process
After being weighed by the feeder, the material enters the peeling
drum equipped with spiral blades. Compressed air is blown into the
peeling drum, causing the material to roll and rub inside the
spiral blades to achieve the peeling effect. The powder and red
skin produced during the peeling process enter the primary dust
collecting chamber with the airflow under the action of compressed
air. The dust is spun and settled by the wind, and the red skin is
collected by the cyclone separator.The peeled material is
discharged into the vibrating screen to remove impurities and
obtain well-peeled peanuts.
