※Working principle
Through the relative movement between the high-speed rotating rotor
and the stators of different geometric shapes, the roasted peanuts
enter the colloid mill under the action of gravity, environmental
pressure and centrifugal force. In the constantly changing annular
grinding gap between the rotor and the stator, they are subjected
to strong shear, friction, impact, high-frequency vibration and
eddy current force. The peanuts are effectively dispersed, crushed,
emulsified, homogenized and homogenized, thus obtaining peanut
butter products with ideal particle size and quality.
