The pneumatic peanut blanching machine includes a hopper, an
elevator, a receiving bin, an automatic weighing device, a peeling
device, a red skin suction device, a discharging vibrating screen,
a cyclone dust collector, and an air compressor (self-provided).
The whole set of equipment is divided into five parts: a feeding
system, a peeling system, a red skin collection system, a
discharging system, and a PLC control system.
The peanut blanching room adopts a special cavity structure, and
the blanching host automatically blows and releases according to
the program instructions to complete the blanching process. The
surface of the peanuts after blanching is not damaged, the peeling
rate is as high as 98%, and the overall blanching rate of peanuts
is as high as 85%.
