Highlight: Lift type check valve
Product introduction:
A lift check valve is a type of check valve in which the disc
slides along the vertical centerline of the valve body. Its
structure
is similar to that of a globe valve, with the body and disc being
the same as those of a globe valve. A guide sleeve is
machined on the upper part of the disc and the lower part of the
bonnet, allowing the disc to move up and down freely within
the guide sleeve. When the medium flows in the forward direction,
the disc is pushed open by the medium's thrust. When the
medium stops flowing, the disc drops onto the valve seat by its own
weight, preventing the reverse flow of the medium. This
type of valve is widely used in various fields such as chemical,
metallurgical, and pharmaceutical industries, and should be
installed horizontally in pipelines.

Product features:
1. check valve must be installed and used, that is medium flows in
the direction of the arrow shown.
2. Its small volume, light weight, good processing technology, is
one of the development direction of check valve, but the fluid
resistance coefficient is slightly larger than swing check valves.
3. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc
is subject to the action of the medium force, when the medium
counter flow is opened, due to the weight of the valve disc and the
valve disc is subject to the action of the medium reverse force, so
that the sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat is
closed, to prevent the medium flow-back purpose.
