Product introduction:
The valve body of a 3-piece ball valve is composed of one main
valve body and two auxiliary valve bodies, hence the name
"3-piece ball valve". After the ball core and valve stem are
installed in the main valve body, the auxiliary valve bodies are
fitted with valve seats, and the main and auxiliary valve bodies
are connected into one piece by bolts. Its ball core flow
channel also has a full bore size. Ball valves are mainly used in
pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction
of media. The 3-piece ball valve is a new type of valve that is
widely adopted. The main feature of a 3-piece ball valve is its
convenient online maintenance. By loosening the screws on the valve
body and removing a bolt passing through the main
valve body, the main valve body can be rotated to replace the valve
seat seal ring. Additionally, the main valve body bolts
can be completely removed to take out the main valve body for
maintenance, while the auxiliary valve bodies remain on the
pipeline. This avoids dismantling the entire ball valve and greatly
reduces maintenance workload.
