An electric ball valve is an automated control valve driven by an

Product features:
1. The body uses the all welded structure, there won't be the
phenomenon such as external leakage, the valve structure is more
compact, easy instalation.
2. Low operating torque: valve adopts the self-lubricating backing
PTFE metal collar, small friction torque, to ensure that the valve
to operate under the condition of the low torque.
3. Double block and excretion function (DBB): both sides ofthe valve
in the cloed position and the ballunder pressure at the same time,
the bodylumenofmedium (gas or liquid) from the drain valve
discharge.
4. Double piston efect seat structure design: both sides ofthe seat
underthe action of pressure seal(double piston effect,. Double
sealing seat desigrfeatures: once the upstream seat is damaged and
leaking, medium pressure on the downstream side intothe valve
cavity, the seat into the sphere closcontact,can sealthe downstream
seat.
5.Reliable seating: structure of floating seat, the seat can be
freely floated along the centerine of the valve. For two-way valve
seal, under the conditionof low pressure, initial seal were
obtained through the seat after the spring load. With the increase
of pipeline pressure, supplemented by spring forceafter the seat
ring, to keep close contact with the ballseat,reliable sealing
effect. Seat sealing adopts combined sealing structure, primary
seaing caneffectively prevent solid particles of the sealing
surface is damaged,the secondary sealis rubber ring seal, can
quarantee to achieve "zero"leak valvesealing requirements.
According to the operation condition, the seat can be embedded in
polymer engineering plastic seals.
6. The emergency seat sealing system:valve seat desian a emergency
sealing system, When there was a trace leak sof sealing surface is
damaged, biniection system,auxiliary seal when the pipelinewith
pressure to the valve sealing surface injecting sealant, a
temporary auxiliary seal. When thetransmission medium contains a
smal amount of solid articles, o protecthe sealina surace or reduce
operaina toraue,cleaners or lubricant can biniected by the
iniection system,the sealing surface to make the necessary cleaning
and lubncating treatment. in a check valve on the valve at the
bottomof the design at the same time, ensure the media does not
leak from the position.
