1. Fully welded structure: The valve body is fully welded to eliminate external leakage, with a compact design for convenient

installation.

2. Low torque operation: Self-lubricating PTFE metal bushing reduces friction, enabling effortless operation.

3. Double block and bleed (DBB): When closed under pressure from both sides, medium in the valve cavity can be

discharged through the blowdown valve.

4. Dual piston effect sealing: Both valve seats are sealed by pressure. In case of upstream seat leakage, downstream

pressure automatically compensates to ensure sealing.

5. Reliable sealing design: Floating seat combined with spring preload and pressure assistance achieves bidirectional

sealing. The composite sealing structure features a primary seal to prevent particle damage and a secondary rubber seal

for zero leakage, with optional polymer seals embedded as needed.

6. Emergency grease injection protection: Pressurized grease injection system addresses sealing surface leakage, while a

bottom check valve prevents medium seepage.
