Product introduction:
Trunnion mounted fixed ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve,
suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial
pipelines. Its strength, safety, and resistance to harsh
environments have been specially considered in design, making it
suitable for various corrosive and non corrosive media. Compared
with floating ball valves, during operation, all the force
generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball
is transmitted to the bearing, which will not cause the ball to
move towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat will not
bear excessive pressure. Therefore, the torque of the fixed ball
valve is small, the deformation of the valve seat is small, the
sealing performance is stable, and the service life is long. It is
suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter situations. Advanced
spring pre-valve seat components with self tightening characteristics,
achieving upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats that can be
sealed in each direction, so there is no flow restriction during
installation and it is bidirectional. This valve is generally
installed horizontally.

mechanical force provided by the stem to press the ball
against the seat for sealing, ensuring that the sealing performance
is not affected by changes in pipeline pressure
difference and remains reliable under various working conditions.
6. Self-cleaning structure for sealing surfaces: When the ball
tilts away from the seat, the pipeline fluid passes uniformly
around the ball's sealing surface at 360°, not only eliminating
local erosion of the seat by high-speed fluid but also washing
away deposits on the sealing surface to achieve self-cleaning.
