Product introduction:
The triple-offset metal hard-seal butterfly valve features an
integrated structure for the valve body and seat, with the seat's
sealing surface overlaid with temperature and corrosion-resistant
alloy materials. A multi-layer soft-laminated sealing ring is
fixed on the valve disc. Compared with traditional butterfly
valves, this type offers advantages such as high-temperature
resistance, lightweight operation, frictionless opening/closing,
and sealing compensation through increased torque of the
drive mechanism during closure, which enhances sealing performance
and extends service life. It has been widely applied in
petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, hydropower, and many other
industries.

Product features:
1. The hard-sealed butterfly valve adopts a triple-offset
hard-sealed structure, with minimal wear between the valve seat
and butterfly disc, and features a sealing function that tightens
as it closes.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, combining the dual
advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It
demonstrates excellent sealing performance in both low and high
temperatures, along with characteristics such as
corrosion resistance and long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the butterfly disc is overlay-welded with
hard alloy, making it wear-resistant and extending its
service life.
4. Large-sized butterfly discs adopt a truss structure, which
offers high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.
5. According to user requirements, the hard-sealed butterfly valve
can be designed with a bidirectional sealing function. It
is not restricted by the medium flow direction or spatial position
during installation, allowing installation in any direction.
