Highlight: Three-piece flanged ball valve
Product introduction:
The valve body of a three-piece ball valve is composed of a main
valve body and two auxiliary valve bodies, hence the name
"three-piece ball valve". After the ball core and valve stem are
installed in the main valve body, the auxiliary valve bodies are
fitted with valve seats, and the main and auxiliary valve bodies
are connected as a whole by bolts. Its ball core flow passage
also has a full bore size. Ball valves in pipelines are mainly used
for cutting off, distributing, and changing the flow direction
of media. The three-piece ball valve is a widely adopted new-type
valve. The main feature of the three-piece ball valve is its
convenient online maintenance. Loosen the screws on the valve body
and remove a bolt passing through the main valve
body. Rotating the main valve body allows replacement of the valve
seat seal ring. The main valve body can also be
completely removed by unscrewing its bolts for maintenance. Since
the auxiliary valve bodies remain on the pipeline, there is
no need to disassemble the entire ball valve, which greatly reduces
maintenance workload.
