SH108A Fully Automatic Oleic Acid Value Tester
The SH108A fully automatic oleic acid analyzer complies with the
requirements specified in the Chinese standards GB/T264
"Determination of Acid Value of Petroleum Products" and GB/T4945
"Determination of Acid and Alkali Value of Petroleum Products and
Lubricants (Color Indicator Method)".
The instrument adopts a blue LCD large screen display, Chinese
menu, and unmarked buttons. Microcomputer automatic measurement,
automatic printing, and testing process achieve microcomputer
automation, with intuitive and simple operation. Using magnetic
stirring, no noise, safe and reliable, compact in size. It can meet
the needs of oil refineries, power plants, and research
institutions, and is one of the essential instruments for oil
analysis and quality inspection.

● Adopting the principle of titration neutralization method, the
injection, titration, stirring, and determination of neutralization
titration endpoint are automatically completed under the control of
a microcomputer. The measurement results are displayed on the LCD
screen and automatically printed and recorded. The measurement
process takes 7 minutes.
● Use special reagent bottles to contain extraction and
neutralization solutions, and isolate the reagents from air during
use to avoid volatilization and the influence of carbon dioxide in
the atmosphere. It also serves to protect the operator.

samples at a time.
