SH107 Automatic interface tension meter
The SH107 automatic interfacial tension meter is designed and
manufactured according to GB/T6541. The circular ring method is
used to measure the surface tension of various liquids (liquid gas
phase interface) and the interfacial tension between mineral oil
and water (liquid-liquid phase interface) under non-equilibrium
conditions. This instrument adopts microprocessor technology, with
high degree of automation, simple operation, and reliable work.
After the tested sample is injected into the sample cup, as long as
the start button is pressed, the instrument can automatically
complete the measurement of the sample and calculate the tension
value of the tested sample based on the specific parameters input.
The definition of interfacial tension is: Oil to water interfacial
tension refers to the tension generated at the interface between an
oil product and an immiscible pure water phase, measured in
millinewtons per meter (mN/m). In terms of electric power oil, the
commonly referred to interfacial tension refers to the interfacial
tension between oil and water, abbreviated as the interfacial
tension of oil products.
This instrument adopts microcontroller technology, large screen LCD
display, beautiful appearance, high degree of automation, simple
operation, high accuracy, and good repeatability. Save input data
parameters after power failure; It has temperature correction
function. This instrument is widely used for measuring interfacial
tension in production processes and products in industries such as
power, petroleum, chemical, and railway.
