The Manufacturing Process of PVC Overlay
The manufacturing process of PVC overlay involves several steps.
Firstly, PVC resin is mixed with additives, plasticizers, and
stabilizers to achieve the desired properties and flexibility. This
mixture is then processed through a calendaring or extrusion
process to form thin sheets of PVC overlay. The sheets are then
embossed, printed, or laminated with decorative patterns or
textures before being cut into the required sizes and shapes.
