Product Introduction
Hammer crusher is a kind of equipment that crushes materials in the
form of impact. It is divided into single rotor and double rotor.
It is a crusher that directly crushes materials with a maximum
particle size of 600-1800 mm to 25 or less. Hammer crusher is
suitable for medium and fine crushing of materials with medium
hardness, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other materials
in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other
industrial sectors.
Features

Working principle
Hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the
material crushing operation. When the hammer crusher is working,
the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the
material enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating
hammer impacts, shears and tears the material to crush it. At the
same time, the gravity of the material itself causes the material
to rush from the high-speed rotating hammer to the baffle and
screen bar in the frame. The material larger than the screen hole
size is retained on the screen plate and continues to be hit and
ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge
particle size and finally discharged from the machine through the
screen plate.
Main uses
The crushed materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, bricks and
tiles, limestone, etc. It is also used to crush fiber structure,
elastic and tough wood, paper or asbestos cement waste to recover
asbestos fiber, etc. In addition, the hammer crusher can not only
be used in crushing production lines and sand making production
lines, but also can replace the cone crusher in the mineral
processing production line.
