Introduction
WL-AD3944 is a water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion. It is recommended to prepare water-based high-performance two-component polyurethane coating with water- based isocyanate curing agent. It is designed for the topcoat of metal, plastic and wood substrates, and also for the primer of plastic and wood substrates.
The resin has very fast drying characteristics, allowing the
product to be recoated. It is recommended for automotive
refinishing and refitting of vehicles. The resin can also be used
in the production of floor coatings in combination with oil-based
curing agents.

Performance
*High cost performance, fast drying speed, good anti-flow performance, good adhesion, high hardness
Add amount and use method
*WL-AD3944 has excellent thixotropic properties and fast response to
cosolvents and thickeners. The recommended co-solvents were DPNB, PNB, DGBE, BCS, etc. Recommended curing agent: PGDA,PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2). After the A/B component is mixed, if the initial viscosity is too high, the application period will be shortened accordingly.
*WL-AD3944 in the paint mixing, due to the grinding process more unstable factors, may lead to reduced stability, so it is not recommended to participate in the resin paste grinding.

Packaging and Storage Condition
*Packing specification: 20KG/200KG/1000KG large opening plastic
drums or according to customer requirements.
*Shelf life: 6 months
*Product transportation: Handle gently to avoid impact, damage and
leakage.
*Product storage: The product should be stored in a closed
container, avoid freezing and high temperature, recommended storage temperature: 5~35℃
* Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it within a short period of time.
