Product Introduction
The grouting recorder integrates microcomputer technology
processing, a seven inch true color touch screen, parameter
display, setting, and printing functions. It can record the flow
rate, pressure, density, and time during the grouting process
without the need for buttons or a mouse, making it simple and
intuitive. Parallel port printers can be used on-site for printing,
and data export and archiving with USB drives are also supported.
The grouting automatic recorder is available in two models: one
trailer and one trailer. Suitable for curtain grouting, karst
grouting, compaction grouting, double liquid grouting,
consolidation grouting, backfill grouting, joint grouting, anchor
grouting, high-pressure rotary jet grouting, multi head
small-diameter deep mixing piles, highway maintenance grouting and
other series of grouting processes.

Product Features
1. Widely used in various grouting processes such as curtain
grouting, karst grouting, consolidation grouting, high-pressure
rotary jet grouting, GIN grouting, prestressed grouting, and simple
water pressure, conventional water pressure, five point water
pressure, punching, etc;
2. Adopting an integrated design, the key components of the
instrument are made of imported electronic components, which can
effectively prevent moisture, dust, shock, and electromagnetic
interference. It is equipped with a built-in stabilized power
supply and suitable for construction sites with scattered workfaces
and harsh environments, such as tunnels, subway entrances, etc;
3. Supports 1 channel and 2 channels, with options for two
parameter small loop, two parameter large loop, three parameter
small loop, and three parameter large loop. The software
automatically recognizes them without the need to change settings;
