Product Introduction

Based on the ultrasonic principle, the KGD - LL - 502 product effectively solves the measurement difficulties such as unstable flow field, low and uneven flow velocity distribution commonly existing in pipelines through a non - contact measurement method. It can maintain continuous and real - time stable monitoring in the harsh environment of high temperature, high humidity, high dust, and viscous impurities during flue gas emissions, meeting the measurement needs of municipal and industrial applications. It has strong versatility and can work independently or be integrated into the CEMS system. The KGD - LL - 502 adopts a single - ended opening installation method, which calculates the linear average velocity of the radial airflow in the flue by using the ultrasonic propagation time difference, and has higher accuracy compared with other measurement methods.

• Strong anti - interference ability. The autocorrelation demodulation technology effectively overcomes on - site noise interference.
• Convenient single - ended opening installation. Replacing old detection equipment does not require repeated opening of holes.
• Wide measurement diameter range, supporting installation on pipelines with a diameter of over 0.5m.
• High system integration. It can simultaneously measure the temperature, pressure, and flow velocity of the gas.
• Suitable for gas flow measurement in acid - containing and water - containing gases. It is not affected by changes in gas components and requires less maintenance.
• The parts of the whole machine in contact with the gas are made of corrosion - resistant materials, which can effectively resist flue gas corrosion.
• Adopts an embedded data processing method and has functions such as calibration, configuration, query, and diagnosis.
