The Realkey Swivel Wheel Sorting Machine, also called the Divert
Wheel or Rotating Wheel Sorter, is a robust solution for sorting
parcels and cartons in conveyor systems. Built with an electric
drum (wheel), a steering mechanism, a control unit, and a solid
frame, it propels items via drum rotation. Servo motors and
steering modules adjust the drum’s angle to guide items left or
right. Handling cartons up to 50kg, waterproof bags, woven bags,
and flat-bottomed irregular packages, it sorts at 2m/s, processing
