The revolution and rotation drive of the device is driven by a
frequency converter to drive the motor. The rotation speed is
automatically set to 0.6 times the revolution speed through
gear-to-gear transmission. The applicable viscosity of the glue is
300,000cps.
The operation mode can be divided into two types: manual mode
(vacuum-assisted) and automatic mode (vacuum automatic).
The special fixture can be used to stir and deaerate the material
to be stirred, or deaerate inside the syringe (the fixture is
optional, please inquire for detailed specifications separately),
and it is compatible with up to 200cc syringes.
The vacuum pump uses a high vacuum type.
