The main function of the car air conditioning condenser is to
complete the heat exchange of the refrigeration system. It cools
and liquefies the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous
refrigerant discharged from the compressor, turning it into a
medium-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant. In this
process, the condenser dissipates the heat in the refrigerant to
the outside of the car through heat exchange with the outside air,
thereby cooling the air inside the car.
Material: Made of aluminum, which has good thermal conductivity and
corrosion resistance.
How it works
Refrigerant cycle: When the air conditioning system is working, the
refrigerant absorbs the heat in the car and evaporates in the
evaporator, turning into a high-temperature and high-pressure
gaseous refrigerant. Subsequently, the refrigerant is sucked in and
compressed by the compressor, further increasing the temperature
and pressure.
Heat exchange: After the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous
refrigerant enters the condenser, it comes into contact with the
low-temperature air outside the condenser, releasing heat through
heat conduction and convection. The refrigerant gradually cools
down and condenses into liquid.
Cooling assistance: The condenser is usually installed in front of
the engine radiator, using the natural wind when the vehicle is
driving or the cooling fan to force air flow to accelerate heat
dissipation
Maintenance and care
Cleaning: Clean the surface of the condenser regularly to prevent
dust and debris from clogging the fins and affecting the heat
dissipation effect.
Check for leaks: Check the condenser regularly for refrigerant
leaks and repair any leaks promptly.
Replace refrigerant: Regularly replace the air conditioning
