The excavator boom is fabricated from high-strength Q355B steel,
delivering exceptional durability and structural stability. The
extension arm sleeve utilizes 45# steel as the base material,
further reinforced with a 40Cr bushing lining to improve wear
resistance and prolong component lifespan.
To reduce shear stress generated by repeated shaft-sleeve rotation,
a butter grease lubrication system is integrated, effectively
minimizing friction and enhancing longevity.
A standout innovation in this design is the hydraulically driven
extension arm, strategically positioned between the body support
and working arm. Powered by dedicated oil cylinders, it works in
synchronization with the bucket cylinder to maximize operational
efficiency and power output.
The system features dual control interfaces (both inside and
outside the cockpit), allowing independent operation of each
hydraulic cylinder set for precise, responsive maneuvering.

Using high quality materials, such as Q355B as default, Q690D
optional, Niningbo connectors, seamless precision pipelines,
graphite alloy copper sleeve, and strong but light bucket cylinder.

Built-in reinforcing ribs. Professional welding skills towards the
different bearing positions. Groove preparation(45° edge-mining)
before welding.
3. Tolerance within 5-10um
Hole drilling tolerance is within 5-10um, ensure accuracy.

inclusions, in the weld. These tests are used to test the welder’s
ability to weld a fillet weld.

Q1: Why not have boom and stick cylinders in the plan?
A1: First, the whole long arm is lengthening, but the boom just
lengthening from its middle sleeve to its end, so the original boom
and stick cylinder can be used. Second, using the original parts
can save you cost.
Q2: How long is the boom arm can min excavator be configured with? Whether it is necessary to increase the counterweight?
A2. Generally speaking, the 30-40 excavator longest arm suggests to
be 8 meters, and can configure 0.1 cbm bucket, with no need for an
extra counterweight. 55 excavator's longest arm suggests to be 12
meters, which can configure 0.1-0.15 cbm bucket, which needs 0.5
ton extra counterweight. 60-80 excavator longest arm suggests to be
12 meters, can configure 0.15-0.25 cbm bucket, need 0.5-0.7 ton
extra counterweight.
It is not recommended to extend boom arm to longes the t length as
mini excavator is easy to slosh.
Q3: How long will it take tall an excavator long reach boom?
It depends on the installer and machine size.
Usually disconnecting the original boom arm, stick cylinder, then
pin the new one is okay.
