A: In general, our battery monthly capacity is 180000-240000pcs.
Q: Can we printing our log on products?
A: Yes, please send your artwork to us, we will assist you printing
your logo on the battery.
Q: What is your warranty term?
A: We offer 12 month warranty, with free replacement for any
defective items.
Q: Do you accept sample order?
A: Sample order is acceptable to support potential customers at a
starting stage.
Q: Do you offer free sample?
A: No. Caused we supply are of high value batteries, we can not
afford for free sample.
Q: What is the shipping time after an order confirms?
A: It really depends on the quantity you want to order. When an
order confirmed, we need 1-3 days to finish producing, then we need
1-2 days to testing. After testing, we will arrange the goods to
you at once.
