NEWBASE was established in 2007, esteemed as a national specialized new small giant enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Our headquarters are situated in Zhengzhou City, and we have strategically established three R & D and production bases: Zhengzhou (Henan), Jiaozuo (Henan), and Huangshan (Anhui). Simultaneously, in the realm of new energy comfort electronic control system, heating control system, and air disinfection&purification system, we have garnered more than half of the bus industry market share.
