Feature of Tin Cure Silicone Rubber
1. Strong tear resistance, high and low temperature resistance,
acid and alkali resistance, and aging resistance;
2. Good fluidity, easy to release foam, easy to demould, and the
finished product will not turn white;
3. The silicone mold can be turned over frequently and has a long
service life;
4. The linear shrinkage rate is less than two thousandths;
5. Product color, hardness, viscosity, and operating time can be
adjusted as needed.
Attention
1. There are 30 minutes of operation time (at room temperature) when
adding 2% curing agent, and the mold can be completely cured in 4
hours. Generally, the mold is better placed for 24 hours before
use. At this time, the performance of the mold is relatively stable
in all aspects, and the use effect will be better.
2. The mixing ratio of silicone and curing agent is 100:2-3. For
example, 100 grams of silicone, add 2-3 grams of curing agent. In
principle, do not take the method of adding less or more curing
agents.
