Product Details

⑤ Excellent heat resistance, able to withstand high temperatures up
to 180 ℃ -250 ℃. With the addition of special heat resistant
agents, the high temperature resistance can reach up to 300 ℃,
solving the problem of mold burning caused by heat release during
the curing process of resin products;
Resin sculpture mold silicone has two types: additive mold silicone and condensation mold silicone. The former belongs to food grade silicone and has a 1:1 ratio with curing agent. The latter belongs to industrial grade silicone, with a ratio of 100:2-3 to the curing agent.

Because resin sculpture products are generally larger in size, with
very fine patterns and complex patterns, there are often more brush
molding techniques used to make silicone molds, which can better
replicate the complex patterns of the product. The use of injection
molding technology is generally applicable to resin sculpture
products with relatively simple patterns.
Characteristic:

Operation method:
Using small handicrafts with simple patterns to explain the
injection molding process of silicone (using condensation type as
an example):
① Mix silicone and curing agent in a ratio of 100:2-2.5 and stir
evenly;
② Place the silicone gel with a good ratio into the vacuum machine
for vacuum exhaust and bubble treatment, so that the produced
product is smooth and free of bubbles. Without a vacuum machine,
the curing time can be extended to allow bubbles to naturally
discharge, but the effect is not very ideal;
③ Spray (paint) a layer of Vaseline on the prepared mold and mold
frame, fix the mold in the middle, slowly and steadily pour the
silica gel discharged with bubbles into the mold frame until the
silica gel completely covers the mold, and then stand still until
it is completely cured;
④ After the silicone gel of the mold is fully cured, demolding can
be carried out, and the silicone mold can be removed for edge
treatment.
⑤ It is recommended to leave the silicone mold for 24 hours before
putting it into use, in order to achieve the best use effect of the
mold.

Precautions:
① Silica gel and curing agent must be stirred evenly to avoid non
curing of silica gel;
② The prepared liquid silicone should be used up as much as
possible within the operable time;
③ When the original model produces glass, ceramics, or is coated
with paint, the original model is evenly coated with shampoo
solution or soapy water. After the water evaporates, the mold
silicone is poured or brushed to facilitate better demolding;
④ Addition silicone and condensation silicone should not come into
contact with each other, otherwise it may cause silicone
"poisoning" and cause silicone not to solidify;
⑤ During the operation of adding silicone, it should not come into
contact with water, impurities, organic tin catalysts, acids,
bases, and compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur.
These substances should not be mixed during use to avoid the
phenomenon of non curing of silicone.
