Re: usual warranty is 12 months, for some special products’
warranty can be further negotiate accordingly. Always a
pre-production sample before mass production, Always final
Inspection before shipment.
4. Do you have MOQ?
Re: No limited, more quantity has better price, we will check the
best price for you. We welcome sample order too to test our quality
before bulk order.
5. Is it OK to print my logo on product?Can you make customized
battery?

6. How about the lead time?
Re: standard products: sample order 1~3 weeks according to
different models, 4~8 weeks for bulk order according to different
models and quantity.
7.What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time?
Re: As battery is belong DG product according to IATA, the shipping
method and time are as below:
By express: about 1~2 weeks, some destinations maybe longer
delivery time;
By air: about 2~3 weeks, some destinations maybe longer delivery
time;
By sea: 20~60 days according to different countries.
By train: 30~45 days according to different countries.
Ship through your own shipping agent is acceptable too.
8.How do I know whether you’ve shipped my order or not?
Re：Tracking number will be offered as soon as your order was
shipped, our sales will check the lead time for you once you placed
the order, and will follow up the production till your order
delivered.
