3004 aluminum alloy is a medium-strength, non-heat-treatable alloy
primarily composed of
manganese and magnesium. It offers better strength than pure aluminum while maintaining
good formability,weldability, and corrosion resistance.

Tensile strength: 130–285 MPa (depending on temper, with H18
full-hard state offering the highest
strength). Strength can be significantly improved through cold working (e.g.,
rolling), but it cannot
be heat-treated for strengthening.

forming processes (e.g., beverage can bodies).
♦ Outstanding Corrosion Resistance
Due to its manganese (Mn) and magnesium (Mg) content, it resists

Compatible with conventional welding methods (e.g., MIG/TIG),

3003 alloy (3004 offers higher
