Product Description:
Ppgi/ppgl (prepainted galvanized steel / prepainted galvalume
steel) is coated with an organic layer that provides a higher level
of anti-corrosion protection and a longer lifespan than that of
galvanized steel sheet.
The base metals used for ppgi/ppgl come in four varieties,
including cold-rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel,
electro-galvanized steel, and hot-dipped galvalume steel.
Furthermore, a wide range of coating materials can be used, such as
polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, and
high-durability polyester.
Features:
Advantage:
Strong corrosion resistance, 3 times that of galvanized steel
sheet. The density of 55% aluminum is smaller than the density of
zinc. This means that when the weight and thickness are both the
same, the area of the galvalume steel sheet is 3% or larger than
that of the galvanized steel sheet.
Color coated steel sheet is made by chemical pretreatment,
preliminary coating and fine coating. This makes the quality of the
coating more even, stable and ideal than when simply spraying or
brushing the surface of the formed metal.
