    Product Description:

    MP plastic blow molding machine is designed for processing a wide range of plastic hollow items with high molecular weight. This specialized machine is capable of manufacturing hollow products ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters. The items that can be produced include bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and auto parts, among others.

    The MP plastic blow molding machine not only accommodates various materials like PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA, but also ensures a flawless manufacturing process. This versatile machine caters to the production of different types of hollow plastic products, meeting a variety of industry needs and requirements.

    Features:

    a) The extruding device utilizes a variable frequency motor to meet the rotational requirements of the screw during the blowing process. With a high slenderness ratio, the screw can process a variety of materials efficiently, boasting strong plasticizing capability, high production output, and low energy consumption. The barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring quick, stable, and uniform heating.

    b) The combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines allows for the installation of different heads to produce products with a clear strip line or double layers.

    c) The mould clamping device employs a toggle type and linear guider. It is designed as a double station, enabling faster and more stable movement of the mould platen.

    d) The hydraulic oil loop design has been improved for power saving, providing rapid and stable operation.

    e) The installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are made convenient, with a removable and mobilizable oil tank included.

    f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, featuring a hydraulic system with double proportional control. It offers fault automatic alarm, reliable operation, high automation, and the ability to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

    g) Three operation modes - "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto" - are available for selection.

    h) The safety door is equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing when the door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

    i) This machine supports two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
