The TRCN100 - 16N mud desilter is equipped with 100mm polyurethane
hydrocyclones, a mud trough, a manifold, a motor, a shale shaker, a
base, and all necessary connections. The hydrocyclone has a
cylindrical upper part with a tangential suction tube and a central
overflow tube, and a conical lower part with a bottom silt
discharge tube, joined by a hoop.
As a third - class solids control device in drilling, it removes 20
- 40 µm solid particles from drilling liquid. With years of
practical use, this model has been reformed. It offers reliable
technical performance, excellent treatment results, and the cyclone
has a long lifespan and stable operation, making it suitable for
various oilfield drills.
