Introduction
The TRYPD flare ignition device is engineered with cutting - edge technology. It forms a seamless
connection with the poor boy degasser through specialized vent
lines and flare lines, creating a closed - loop system that ensures
no gas leakage. Once the H₂S gas enters the system, the device
springs into action.
Equipped with a state - of - the - art ignition mechanism, the
TRYPD can instantaneously ignite the toxic and flammable gas as it
sprays from the set - off export of the spray pipe. The ignition
occurs with pinpoint accuracy, precisely at the location where the
gas is released. This not only effectively burns off the harmful
H₂S gas but also converts it into harmless by - products,
eliminating any potential pollution to the environment.
