The working principle of mud agitator
It is based on the motor to drive the reducer, and the reducer then
drives the stirring shaft and the stirring blade to rotate. Through
the high-speed rotation of the mixing blade, the mud agitator can
fully and evenly stir the mud, so that the various components in
the mud are mixed evenly, prevent solid particles from settling,
and keep the performance of the mud stable.
The mud agitator can be installed on the drilling fluid tank, and
the impeller is immersed in a certain depth under the fluid surface
to directly stir the fluid. In this process, the drilling fluid is
evenly mixed and solid particles are eliminated. This improves
solid phase dispersion, increases viscosity and gel strength, keeps
the drilling fluid in line with requirements, provides the required
fluid for the drilling process, and ensures the smooth operation of
the drilling work.
