The TRCS Series Mud Desander by TR SolidsControl is a highly
efficient secondary-stage solids control device designed to remove
harmful solid particles ranging from 40 to 74µm from drilling
fluids. Utilizing centrifugal sedimentation, this desander
effectively separates suspended solids through accelerated
gravitational forces, ensuring the fluid remains stable, clean, and
suitable for continued drilling operations.
The cyclone cones are constructed from high-quality wear-resistant
polyurethane or high-chromium cast iron, offering exceptional
durability and longevity. After processing, the sand content in the
drilling fluid can be reliably reduced below 0.15%, significantly
enhancing drilling efficiency and protecting downstream equipment.
