Precautions for use

‌Installation and commissioning specifications‌

Preferably choose near-end installation (no more than 80% of the heating/liquid supply radius from the end) to avoid control failure due to insufficient minimum working pressure difference (≥20 kPa).

The pipeline needs to be thoroughly flushed before installation to prevent welding slag from clogging the throttle hole; the set value is gradually adjusted during commissioning to avoid instantaneous high pressure impact on the valve core assembly.

‌Operational condition restrictions‌

The working oil filtration accuracy must be ≥25μm, and the oil temperature must be controlled within the range of 0-80℃. If it exceeds the range, a cooling or heating device must be installed.

It is forbidden to operate the valve frequently when the engine is turned off or the oil pump fails to prevent the valve core from being worn due to insufficient lubrication.

‌Maintenance and repair requirements‌

Check the wear of the seals every 500 hours. In high temperature environments, the replacement cycle of high temperature resistant lubricating oil needs to be shortened to 300 hours.

When maintaining the proportional solenoid, the power supply must be disconnected to avoid damage to the integrated electronic components (OBE) during live operation.

‌Response to special working conditions‌

In a multi-circuit system, the pressure of each branch must be balanced to prevent uneven load from causing flow distribution deviation.

Before long-term shutdown, the valve stem should be manually rotated to confirm flexibility, and anti-rust oil should be applied to protect key moving parts.
