Rexroth Proportional Valve 4WRZE25W8-325-73 6EG24N9ETK31/F1D3M is a high-performance pilot-operated proportional directional valve produced by Bosch Rexroth, Germany. Circular connector, 7-pole (6+PE), in accordance with EN 175201-804.
When the solenoid coil is de-energized, the main control spool is held in the center position by the centering spring.
The main control spool is controlled by the pilot control valve and moves proportionally. For example, when the solenoid "B" is driven, the control spool moves to the right, and the pilot oil enters the pressure chamber through the pilot control valve, causing the main control spool to deflect proportionally to the electrical input signal. The hydraulic oil is connected from P to A and B to T through an orifice-type cross section with progressive flow characteristics. The pilot oil can be supplied to the pilot control valve internally through port P, or externally through port X. When the solenoid valve is closed, the control spool and the main control spool move back to the center position. Depending on the position of the valve core, the hydraulic oil can flow from P to A, from B to T, or from P to B and from A to T. The optional manual override device can move the control valve core when the solenoid valve is not energized, but it should be noted that accidental activation of the manual override may cause uncontrolled machine movement.
