I. Operation specifications

‌Check before starting

‌

Confirm that the motor direction is correct (forward rotation is clockwise, reverse pump needs to be counterclockwise), and check whether the transmission key is installed in place.

Before filling water or oil, ensure that the pipeline is not loose and the oil inlet filter is completely immersed below the oil surface.

‌Operation monitoring

The bearing temperature must be controlled within the ambient temperature + 35℃, and the maximum shall not exceed 80℃; if abnormal noise is found, the machine must be stopped immediately for investigation.

Regularly check the dripping of the packing gland, and keep 1~2 drops per minute.

2. Maintenance and management

‌Regular maintenance‌

The lubricating oil needs to be replaced after 100 hours of first use, and then every 500 hours.

If the pump is not used for a long time, the pump body needs to be completely disassembled, the water needs to be wiped off, and anti-rust grease needs to be applied.

‌Fault prevention‌

Pay attention to the wear of the floating sleeve (the clearance needs to be replaced if it exceeds 0.20mm) to avoid efficiency loss or overheating due to internal leakage.

Check the aging of the oil seal regularly, and replace the failed rubber seals in time to prevent the high and low pressure chambers from flowing through.

‌Oil suction difficulty troubleshooting‌: Check whether the welds and O-rings of the oil inlet pipeline are leaking, and whether the oil level meets the standard.
