Precautions for use
Installation specifications
It should be installed vertically first, and support parts need to
be added when tilted; if the pipeline height exceeds 2 meters, an
operating platform needs to be set up to facilitate maintenance and
debugging.
Valves buried deeper need to be equipped with extension rod
facilities, and the operating mechanism must be firmly fixed when
it is ≥1.5 meters above the ground to avoid going down to the well.
Operation requirements
The opening and closing direction is strictly closed clockwise, the
number of actuator revolutions is controlled within 200-600
revolutions, and the opening and closing torque of large-diameter
valves is recommended to be ≤240 N·m.
Before the first use, the pipeline needs to be cleaned to avoid
welding slag or impurities blocking the valve body; all valves need
to be opened during debugging to flush residual foreign matter.
Maintenance and safety inspection
Regularly check the wear of the valve core and seals. The
lubrication cycle needs to be shortened in high temperature or high
pollution environments, and high temperature resistant lubricants
should be used first.
Flameproof products must be operated according to specifications.
It is strictly forbidden to open the cover for maintenance under
power. Avoid bumping the flameproof surface during disassembly and
assembly to ensure that the original explosion-proof performance is
restored after maintenance.
Emergency and Redundancy Design
It is recommended to install a bypass circuit for key process
pipelines to ensure production continuity in the event of a
failure; the valve position indicator scale must be eye-catching
and firmly fixed to facilitate quick positioning of the status.
