Product description
A screw conveyor is a mechanical device that uses rotating screw
blades to transport materials along a fixed shell. Its structure is
usually composed of a screw shaft, material trough, bearings and
drive device, etc. During operation, through the continuous
rotation of the screw blades, the materials move along the axial
direction under the action of friction and centrifugal force, and
can achieve material transportation in horizontal, inclined or
vertical directions. It features a compact structure, good sealing
performance and relatively high conveying efficiency, and is widely
used in material transmission scenarios in industries such as
grain, chemical engineering and building materials.
Working principle
The working principle of a screw conveyor is that the drive device
rotates the screw shaft, causing the screw blades to rotate
synchronously. After the material enters, under the combined action
of the blade thrust, the shell friction force and the centrifugal
force, it overcomes gravity or is directly pushed along the axial
direction and moves directionally from the feeding port to the
discharging port. Among them, the friction force between the shell
and the material prevents it from idling with the blades.
Powdered/granular materials are easier to transport due to their
better adaptability, while viscous materials need to be prevented
from clogging through special structures. This principle makes it
widely used for horizontal, inclined or vertical transmission of
industrial materials with advantages such as compact structure and
good sealing performance.

spiral shaft, with a small lateral dimension, allowing for
installation in narrow Spaces and adapting to complex layouts.
The conveying efficiency is easy to adjust: It can continuously convey powdery, granular and small block
materials, and the conveying volume can be precisely controlled by
the rotational speed to meet the quantitative transmission
requirements.
Sealed, environmentally friendly and leak-proof: The fully enclosed shell design effectively prevents dust from
flying or material leakage, making it particularly suitable for
industries such as chemical engineering and food processing that
have high requirements for environmental cleanliness.
Easy maintenance and low cost: With few core components and a simple structure, only the wear
condition needs to be checked daily, the cost of replacing parts is
low, and the operating noise is also relatively small.
The conveying direction is flexible and controllable: It can achieve horizontal, inclined or vertical conveying, and
can also complete multi-angle turning through multi-section
combination, adapting to the conveying of complex paths.
