I. Product Introduction
The YT-1000 series (including two forms :YT-1000L linear type and
YT-1000R angular type) electrical valve controller is a device that
receives 4 ~ 20mA DC electrical signals from the controller or
control system and transmits air signals to the pneumatic actuator
to control the valve position. It is used in conjunction with
pneumatic control valves to form a closed-loop control circuit.
Convert the DC current signal given by the control system into the
gas signal to drive the regulating valve and control the action of
the regulating valve. Meanwhile, feedback is provided based on the
opening degree of the regulating valve to ensure that the valve
position can be accurately positioned according to the control
signal output by the system. This electrical controller can be used
for single-acting (spring-return type) and double-acting pneumatic
actuators.
Because the YT-1000 series has an explosion-proof structure, it can
be used in explosion-hazardous places.

It has high anti-vibration performance (no resonance phenomenon
within the range of 5-200Hz).

coil structure, which is reliable, stable and has good linearity.
3. Except for the explosion-proof junction box, the shell cover can
be opened on-site in hazardous areas for adjustment and
maintenance.
4. Passed the explosion-proof grade (Exia II BT6, Exdm II BT6)
certification. Passed the IP66 grade certification.
5. It is equipped with installation plates and accessories that
match various types of actuators, making installation easy and
adjustment convenient.
6. The debugging is convenient and simple. It can be easily
converted between forward and reverse, single-acting and
double-acting, and can achieve range division within half of the
range without replacing parts.
7. Compact structure, precise and reliable. The components of this
product are precisely die-cast, with exquisite manufacturing
processes for both the appearance and internal structure. All
mechanisms are optimally combined and designed, making the entire
machine compact in structure. It is made of stainless steel
fasteners and treated with advanced spray molding technology.
