is mainly composed of mixing system, power system, transmission
system, mixing vessel, support structure and control system, each

Mixing system: the mixing system is the core part of the flat mixer, which
directly determines the mixing effect. It consists of mixing shaft
and mixing blades. The mixing shaft is installed vertically or
inclined in the mixing container, and the blades are driven to move
by rotation.
Power system: the power system for the mixer to provide the necessary power for
operation, mainly composed of motor. Motor type is various, common
three-phase asynchronous motor, power according to the
specifications of the mixer and mixing needs.
Transmission system: the role of the transmission system is to transfer the power of
the motor to the mixing shaft, common transmission methods include
